I've lost weight and gained it back more times than I want to count. Diets, pills, fads, even weight-loss surgery, none of it stuck. I did counselling, practiced mindfulness, and habit tracking. And each time, it helped for a while. Until it didn't.


Then I discovered something that changed everything: our brain is running the show. Not only that, but knowing how our brain operates is key. Once I learned how to work with my brain instead of against it, everything changed.

And now it’s the method I now bring to every woman I work with.

As a Master Certified Life Coach, I have the professional training to guide you, but what sets my approach apart is that I've lived every part of this journey myself.
