90-Minute Intensive Session

This focused session is designed to help you gain clarity, direction, and support around the challenges you’re currently facing after weight loss. Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck and create a realistic plan that supports your next steps moving forward.


2. Foundations

3 Month Program

Focused support on one area of growth in your life related to long term weight loss. This is for the woman who wants to get a good foundation going to be able to build on as she goes. You will also gain some valuable tools along the way to take with you on your journey.


3. Growth

6 Month Program

A more expanded work on other areas of your life that are all related to long term weight loss. This is for the woman who is serious about staying committed and is dedicated to her success. You will gain some valuable tools, learn and be challenged in new ways to help you be continuously growing. 


4. Transformation

12 Month Program

A long term partnership for highly committed and deeply focused women who are “all in” when it comes to living a lifestyle with permanent weight loss results. You want to live and breathe it, and be transformed on the inside (to match the outside transformation!). You will gain many valuable tools, resources, and experiences, as well as learn things about yourself that might surprise you! What you will be able to take with you at the end of this time will be invaluable for a lifetime.
